Delivery of labor services is available on an hourly contract basis, temp-to-perm, or as a permanent placement. Our fees are always a fixed percentage of the bill rate or salary (see example below).

Assume a contractor purchases our Job Matching and W-2 Pass-Through services and we locate a suitable position at a bill
rate of $60.00 per hour. Our fee would be $17.40 per hour (29% of the bill rate) and the contractor’s pay rate would be $42.60 per hour.
Similarly, if the contractor found a position without our assistance, and simply needed our W-2 Pass-Through Service, our fee would be just $10.20 per hour (17% of the bill rate), and the contractor’s pay rate would be $49.80 per hour.
The more self-reliant contractors require fewer services and therefore receive a higher percentage of the bill rate as wages.
