A NOTE TO CONTRACTORS FROM THE PRESIDENT:
Recruiters Have a Lousy Reputation!

Unfortunately, it’s one that’s well deserved.

Many recruiting agencies have an adversarial relationship with their customers and contractors. They take advantage of both by refusing to disclose bill rates—for fear of revealing excessively high profit margins, and imposing long non-compete periods—serving their own interests, not yours.

But technical recruiters perform a valuable and necessary service. Matching talented people with great career opportunities defines a win-win arrangement.

So what can a recruiter do to treat contract employees fairly?

Honesty—It's our only policy.

Full disclosure is the difference. At Everyware:

  • You’ll always know what the bill rate is
  • You can discuss your pay rate with anyone you choose.
  • There is NO non-compete period if you find your own assignment
  • If we find your assignment, the non-compete period is just six months.

Our goal is to create an open, fair relationship. We eliminate the usual unfair business practices and instead concentrate on the needs of customer and the contractor.

I know what dealing with recruiters is like because I was a contract employee too. I envisioned a recruiting firm based on integrity, quality, and value. So I founded Everyware, Inc.. Our policies, reasonable non-compete periods and full disclosure of rates allow you to make informed career choices and earn what you’re worth.

Everyware has many exciting career opportunities available with companies large and small, government and commercial. We also have an outstanding benefits program. Getting a fair deal is as important as finding a job. Our success proves that contractors, like you, prefer working with an agency who’s got nothing to hide.

If you share our vision, that we all benefit from an open and honest contractor/agency/customer relationship, contact us today. Come give fairness a try.

Sincerely,

Jace Greenman
President
